Shipping policy

Hormone Paris ships worldwide. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are communicated at checkout. Estimated delivery periods run from the date of dispatch; the date of order placement is not the commencement date for any delivery estimate.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations worldwide depending on stock availability and the destination of the shipment. The origin of any individual shipment may therefore vary.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Shipping charges are non-refundable, save where an error is attributable to Hormone Paris or where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Because orders may ship from various locations worldwide, these charges may apply even where the destination country would not normally levy duties on shipments originating from certain countries. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are excluded from the price displayed at checkout. Hormone Paris exercises no control over these charges and provides no estimate of their amount.

Carrier Liability and Risk of Loss

Hormone Paris is not responsible for delays or failures arising from the acts or omissions of the carrier, customs authorities, or causes beyond Hormone Paris's reasonable control following handover of the goods to the carrier. Risk of loss passes upon delivery of the goods to the specified delivery address. This provision does not exclude or restrict any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
