These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through www.hormoneparis.com. They are entered into between the customer and Smug LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE, operating the Hormone Paris brand.

01 — Formation of Contract

An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the specified goods at the stated price. The contract between you and Hormone Paris is formed upon our confirmation of dispatch. Prior to dispatch, Hormone Paris reserves the right to decline any order without liability, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

02 — Prices

Prices are as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. All prices are fixed and displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where stated. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

03 — Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details. Hormone Paris reserves the right to cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised.

04 — Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

05 — Conformity of Goods

Hormone Paris warrants that all goods supplied are genuine, as described, and free from material defects at the time of dispatch. In the event that goods are delivered damaged, defective, or incomplete, the remedy provisions set out in the Return and Refund Policy apply.

06 — Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.

07 — Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects any mandatory statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence, including rights in respect of defective goods and, where applicable, rights of withdrawal under EU consumer protection legislation.

08 — Limitation of Liability

Hormone Paris's liability in connection with any sale is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase, including loss of enjoyment or loss of use, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

09 — Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
