Welcome to www.hormoneparis.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Smug LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE ("Hormone Paris", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

02 — Products

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Colours and finishes may vary from how they appear on screen due to display settings and device configurations.

Products are for personal use only. Commercial resale or redistribution of products purchased through the Site is prohibited.

03 — Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Hormone Paris reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be processed, where pricing errors have occurred, or where the order appears to violate these Terms.

In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card details. All transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the relevant card issuer.

05 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

06 — Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and the overall design and appearance of the Site, is the property of Hormone Paris or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Hormone Paris name and brand identity are proprietary. No licence or right to use any Hormone Paris trademark or brand element is granted by these Terms.
